What exactly is included in a property viewing?
We attend the viewing, shoot a detailed video walk-through, check specific concerns you’ve noted, assess the immediate neighborhood, and send you a written summary.
Is it cheaper to book directly vs. through Fiverr?
Yes. Fiverr charges a service fee to both the client and the seller based on the order amount. Booking directly means no platform fees on either side — making it more affordable overall.
Can foreigners purchase real estate in Japan?

The Akiya Bank is a network of government-run websites listing vacant properties across Japan, often available at very low prices. Since the registration process is in Japanese only, we can guide and support you through the entire process.
